The Architecture

Most washdown deployments aren't a single panel PC - they are a small stack of computing at each line. WDPC ships three hardware tiers that share the same housing DNA:

Tier 1 - Operator HMI

G Series Full Stainless IP69K Panel PC for main production lines, or S Series Embedded for in-panel installation. Runs SCADA client, recipe editor, batch release screen.

Tier 2 - Edge Gateway & Vision

G Series or S Series with edge GPU option. Collects OPC UA / Modbus from line equipment, drives machine-vision cameras (AOI, seal check, label verification) and pushes data to the plant historian.

Tier 3 - MES / Line Controller

Same G Series hardware, larger CPU and storage. Aggregates multiple lines, runs dispatch, batch genealogy and CIP-verification logic.
