Why Embedded Makes Sense for Many Washdown HMIs

Full enclosure stainless PCs (G Series) are engineered for 360° exposed installation on the production line. But many HMIs are mounted inside a machine panel, in an operator cabinet, or in a wall cutout - where only the front of the PC faces the washdown chemistry.

For those use cases, the S Series gives you the same IP69K front glass and stainless bezel hygiene without paying for a full rear enclosure. The back of the unit sits inside the machine and uses a sealed polymer I/O zone instead of full 316L chassis construction.
