Pharmaceutical plants don't hose down like a food processing line - but they wipe down every surface with isopropyl alcohol, 6 % hydrogen peroxide vapor, peracetic acid or chlorine dioxide fogging, sometimes daily. Over months those chemicals embrittle plastics, crack touchscreen gaskets and discolor coated enclosures. Our housings are continuous SUS316 stainless, and every touchscreen uses chemically strengthened glass with VHP-compatible sealing.

Vial and syringe filling under ISO 5 laminar flow. The G Series IP69K Panel PC sits at each RABS/isolator operator station - flush-mountable, wipeable, VHP-resistant.

Blister & Vial Inspection

The G Series drives high-speed vision systems for blister verification, label check, fill-level and cap presence - pairs with validated SCADA for 21 CFR Part 11 audit trails.
